Crafting a long-term strategy for a product entering the market is imperative. We conducted interviews with the founder's clients and random individuals to determine the most suitable format. The Wellness Club is about a lifestyle — incorporating activities seamlessly into our routines without constraints.

We conducted research, built a brand platform, and devised a marketing strategy. Now, over 150 slides serve as a ready guide for the team to grow the club even further and more successfully.

Results: 540 new members within the first 3 months, and a new online platform.
