In 2025, Gourmanoff expanded its premium portfolio with the launch of Gourmanoff Black Caviar, a new product line designed to elevate the brand's presence within the luxury food category.

As the lead strategist on the project, I oversaw the development of the brand from concept to launch. My role included defining the product positioning, developing the visual identity and packaging direction, coordinating with manufacturers, managing creative production, and establishing the overall customer experience.

The challenge was to create a brand that communicated exclusivity, craftsmanship, and quality while remaining accessible to a modern consumer unfamiliar with premium caviar. Every detail — from packaging materials and photography to messaging and retail presentation — was carefully designed to support this positioning.

The result was a fully developed premium product line with a distinct visual identity, a defined market strategy, and a foundation for expansion across digital and retail channels, including launch initiatives on Uber Eats.
